Evgenii Dadonov of the Stars will miss Game 4 against the Knights

While Stars Coach Peter DeBoer announced Dadonov’s status for Game 4, noting that veteran forward Joe Pavelski will play in Thursday’s critical game. Pavelski’s status was briefly in question after he did not participate in the morning skate

“Just maintenance. It’ll be fine,” DeBoer said.

Dadonov, 34, had 10 points (four goals, six assists) in the postseason, though only one assist in this series.

He has 33 points (seven goals, 26 assists) in 73 games with the Montreal Canadiens and Dallas this season, including 15 (three goals, 12 assists) in 23 games. Stars
